House rules of Noahkis Apartments Ernst-Born-Straße 19, 56130 Bad Ems

1. Check-in and check-out Check-in: flexible, possible by arrangement. Check-out: until 12:00 p.m. A later departure is only possible by prior arrangement. If the key is lost, a fee of € 50 will be charged.

2. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire holiday apartment. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the building. Failure to comply will incur a cleaning fee of € 250.

3. Pets are not allowed. 

4. Quiet times Please observe the night-time quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Avoid noisy activities so as not to disturb other guests and neighbors.

5. Cleanliness and order Please treat the furnishings with care. Damage must be reported to the landlord immediately. Dispose of waste in the containers provided. Proper waste separation is required. If the apartment is very dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

6. Use of the apartment The holiday apartment may only be used by registered guests. Organizing parties or similar gatherings is prohibited.

7. Use of the kitchen The kitchen is available for free use. Please clean used dishes and leave the kitchen in a clean condition.

8. Liability The landlord is not liable for the tenant's personal belongings. The tenant is liable for damage caused by himself or fellow travelers.

9. Safety Please ensure that windows and doors are closed when leaving the apartment. Open fires or the use of candles are prohibited.

10. Internet and media use Internet access is available free of charge. Use may only take place within the legal framework. Any illegal use, such as downloading copyrighted content, is prohibited.

11. Emergencies In the event of an emergency, please contact the landlord immediately on the telephone number provided in the booking confirmation. For medical emergencies, contact the emergency services on 112. We are happy to welcome you as a guest at Noahkis Apartments.
